This 18"x 14" Shoemaker 3000-OBD is designed to fit and cover an 18" wide by 14" high opening. This Shoemaker Opposed Blade Air Control Damper 3000-OBD Series has a 16-gauge galvanized channel frame. It features opposed blade operation for accurate air flow control. The blades are of galvanized material and are vee-stiffened for added strength and stability. Additionally, the blades pivot on high temperature nylon bushings. This damper has 1/2” square zinc-plated steel pivot pins and a 1/2” square zinc-plated steel adjustable operating shaft that extends up to 4” beyond the air control frame. This opposed blade air control damper comes with a mill finish. Its blades, which run parallel to the first dimension given, must be operated on a horizontal plane. This damper is available from a minimal size of 8"x 8" to a maximum size of 48"x 48". Please measure the opening size instead of measuring the face plate of your old damper.
