The Toro 89-3978 is a 4' pop-up sprinkler from the 570Z series, featuring a zero-flush wiper seal, eliminating flushing on system startup. This system allows more sprinklers to be installed on the same line while reducing water waste. Also, this 4" pop-up sprinkler can be used with a wide variety of combinations of Toro nozzles, offering a wide range of flexibility.
ÂThe Toro 89-3978 570Z series 4" pop-up sprinkler has a 1-3/8" diameter body with a replaceable 2" cap. It can handle a flow rate range of .05 GPM up to 4.5 GPM while having a pressure rating of 40 - 50 PSI. This sprinkler head has a radius of 2' to 26' spray range. It also has the option of installing the 570CV check valve that can handle up to 10' of elevation change and prevents low-head drainage. This pop-up sprinkler also comes with a stainless steel retraction spring that is corrosion-resistant and a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
