The Viega MXCD06-2 6 PORT 3/8 Inch Minibloc uses dedicated outlets and parallel water distribution lines to supply water to individual plumbing fixtures and appliances. A built-in shut-off valve is equipped on every port to provide the ability to shut the water off or turn the water supply on, much like a circuit breaker in electrical applications. The Viega MXCD06-2 6 PORT 3/8 Inch Minibloc has a division of both hot and cold water inlets as well as ports designated for hot and cold supplies. This Manabloc has a variety of fitting options available for the inlet ports which include PEX Compression, Bronze PEX Press, Brass PEX Crimp and PolyAlloy PEX Crimp fittings (Each sold Separately). This Manabloc does include the distribution connections when purchased. The modular sections of this Viega MXCD06-2 6 PORT 3/8 Inch Minibloc are formed from polysulfone (PLS) plastic. This material is extremely resistant to hot water, chlorine and other chemicals classically found in potable water systems. These Miniblocs feature color coded hot and cold ports and are factory pre-assembled. All these Minibloc Systems includes port compression connections, drill templates, instruction guide, faceplate and port labels.
