Crafted for optimal performance, this lead-free 1-inch water pressure-reducing valve ensures incoming water pressure reduction, safeguarding plumbing systems and curbing water usage across commercial, industrial, and residential settings. Its straightforward maintenance features a lead-free cast copper silicon alloy body, dual union solder inlet and outlet connections, an integral stainless steel strainer, a thermoplastic seat module, a thermal expansion bypass, and a sealed spring cage for waterworks pit installations. 

The operating temperature ranges from 33 to 180 degrees F (0.5 to 82 degrees C). Handling up to 400 psi (27.6 bar), the pressure is adjustable between 25 to 75 psi (172 to 517 kPa), with a standard setting of 50 psi (345 kPa).
