The Barbour 4060 is a classic fryer with a steamer. It is from the Bayou Classic series. Made of aluminum with a vented lid and riveted handles, this stock pot is perfect for frying chicken, fish or hushpuppies, and for steaming or boiling peanuts, shrimps, crabs, clams, lobsters and vegetables. The elevated basket is for steaming, which can be removed for large batches of soup, stews, chili and jambalaya. It is ideal for canning. The fryer is 17-5/8 inches in diameter with a 60-quart capacity. Its tough and solid design makes it durable and easy to use with a longer service life.
