Simply twist the valve assembly and slide down about half of an inch or so. Then, twist it back for it to be secured in place. According to Toto, the TSU16A valve has a screw on the top which will lower or raise the water level in the tank. Counter clockwise to lower the water level and clockwise to raise the water level.
