For reference, I ordered the polished chrome color of this item. The chrome color is a bit more flashy than the brushed nickel. The chrome looks great when it’s super clean and spot-free. The size of the shower head is very wide in diameter so it provides good water coverage over my head. The size of the spray holes are perfect and the pressure is not too harsh. It was easy to install and there were no leaks from the unit. The material used for this shower head is a heavy duty metal that will not break or bend. It’s convenient that this comes as a three piece set; no need to match various items from the store. The price for this product is fair based on the design, material, and usefulness.

This is a nice looking shower trim kit. It is made from quality materials. The brushed chrome finish looks great in my bathroom. It comes with all the parts you need to install the trim kit and instructions for installation. You can also download a PDF of the instructions online. I really like that the handle turns very smoothly and allows you to dial in the exact water temperature you want. Overall a very nice upgrade to my bathroom.

I’ve always heard of the brand American Standard from friends and my father. I’ve known it to be a quality brand so when we were redoing our bathroom and I was searching for a new shower system, it was one of the name brands I had in mind. We wanted to go with all black so when I saw this, I really liked the style of it and of course, being American Standard, I was pretty sure the quality was going to be there for us. But when it arrived, I was actually surprised at how well-made this whole shower system seemed to be. We had looked at other units in the stores, and neither of us was really impressed. Comparing what we saw with this even in the feel of them, there is a huge difference. We knew we had made the right decision. And the style of this whole system was classy and sophisticated while still being modern. It definitely fit what we were looking for. We did not install it ourselves, but our contractor said it was a very simple installation. There was nothing complicated, odd or troublesome. He too knew the quality of American Standard and highly recommended it. He thought the shower system was excellent in every way. Since it has been installed, it has gotten constant use with no issues at all. It’s a definite yes from us.

American Standard makes high quality fixtures. When looking at their various designs, their ""Aspirations"" line is my favorite. It's sleek, elegant and feels great to the touch. It's visually pleasing. Install is easy, if you have the right tools. Or hire a plumber. I like to do stuff myself and found the instructions easy to follow. There are videos elsewhere on line for additional help. My other American Standard fixtures, sinks and toilets have performed flawlessly for a couple decades now. This is really lifetime equipment, so make sure you pick a design you'll enjoy seeing and operating for years. This is a great choice.

I got this for one of our full baths as it could stand to have some updating. I liked the modern look of this fixture and the brushed nickel matches other updates we've made in this bathroom. Installation is mostly straightforward. If you've ever replaced these parts before you'll know what you're getting into. It's not overly complicated and the directions that come with this kit are good. This bathroom had a much smaller head before being replaced with this one. The larger head works great with our water pressure and does a good job. Overall a quality kit worth considering if you're looking to replace or upgrade your bathroom.

This is made up of solid metal except the shower head (looks like some composite material but it's strong). It looks very elegant and feels great. I will be using this in my bathroom remodel project.. I trust AS brand and don't think so it will cause any problems. I am excited to see it installed. Good product!
