Yes. Because they build these to allow the drain to be installed anywhere, they do not pre-drill the drain hole. You can install whatever drain you want in this product. Common floor drains have a 3.5" face, but glue onto a 1.5" or 2" drain pipe.

This drain pan is 3" deep, and will not allow you to slide your pedestal drawers open. Your washer and dryer pedestal drawers are approximately 1" from the floor. You'd have to put something 2" thick under the washer and dryer in order to slide open the pedestal drawers!
