Does the kit include new stems as shown in the specification sheet? I'm not sure what PF tub/shower faucet we have but has plastic handles. Hoping new stems will work?

The valve, sold separately, which is designed for this 3-handle trim is the Pfister 01-31XA. To know the dimensions of the valve, please refer to this manual.
