Hi, there! Thank you for your query concerning the Feit Electric FS22/10 flourescent starter. Yes, both the FS22 and FS25 starters are compatible with fluorescent lamps ranging from 22 to 25 watts. They differ slightly in their optimal wattage range, but both will work for bulbs within that range. If your old starter is the FS22, you can safely replace it with an FS25.
