Most Delta lever handles have a small set screw on the side or underneath, often hidden by a decorative cap that you may need to gently pry off. Once you locate the set screw, use a hex wrench—typically a 1/8-inch or 3/32-inch size—to turn the screw clockwise until the handle is securely in place, being careful not to overtighten.
