The Moen Flow leak detection system monitors the flow rate, temperature, and pressure rating of your home and calculates the normal usage via its built-in AI. If the system detects that the water goes beyond the normal parameters, it sends a message to the owner and provides information on the detected anomaly. The owner, then, has the option to turn off the supply or to leave it open. If there is no reply within a set amount of time, the Flo system then automatically shuts the supply down.
