Great for school areas, work or even at home. My kids re-fill their water bottles with this thing quite easily and without spills due to the sensor.
Yes it doesn't have a filter or a chiller, this is a filling station only. You would need to filter and chill separately if you want that. It is all very clear in the title and description of the article.

I will not drink city water period. If this is just an ‘EZ’ way to fill up your water bottles at the gym, it is worthless to me. City water contains high levels of chlorine and fluoride which are toxic to humans (and rats) but there are also other toxins that our great FDA sign off as being safe, yet they still can’t tell us why such a high percentage of children are diagnosed with autism and cancers have become more and more prevalent over the past several decades. ‘We the people’ dictate the direction of manufacturers through our consumer choices. Choose wisely and do not rely on the government to put your health as a priority. If nothing else has taught you this lesson, please consider the last three years as a glaring observation.
Does this unit come as pictured, complete with the lower run-off portion and corresponding gasket? There is also a 1 3/8" hole punch that is supposed to be included and I want to confirm that it is in the package.

The only parts that are not included but are needed to have this bottle filler installed are the safety glasses, gloves, a 3/4" wrench or a crescent wrench, a 5/16" nut driver, a utility knife, tape measure, pencil, center punch, 1/2" socket and ratchet wrench, a 5/32" Allen wrench and a 7/64" Allen wrench. Aside from that, everything else needed to complete this product is already included. For additional information, please refer to this specification sheet. Do I need to buy any additional parts for this to work?

The spec sheet and photo is a little bit deceiving. I am looking for a wall mounted water bottle filler that is not very thick. The picture looks like it is not very deep. The specs look like it is about 18 in deep. What should I go off of?
Hello, Scott. Sorry for the confusion. The picturepicture that you see in our website is how the bottle filler looks like. Unfortunately, Elkay has not provided a specification sheet for the Elkay EZWSR EZH20 Bottler Filler. We have removed the confusing one and replaced it with the EZWSRK Specification Sheet. It is a closer representation of the EZWSR only that it does not come with the basin assembly. So if you need just the Bottle Filler, just add the Elkay EZWSR EZH20 Bottler Filler to your cart and fill in the required fields and we'll take care of the rest!
