Tankless water heaters, like the NRC663-FSV-NG, often will restrict the volume until the water reaches the predetermined temperature. The duration that flow rate is reduced can be affected by the set temperature, but it is also affected by the demand put on the water heater and the size of pipe that was plumbed to the the fixture. The NRC663-FSV-NG is a tankless water heater that is fueled with natural gas. On the other hand, the NRC663-FSV-LP is a tankless water heater that uses propane.
