Good day! We appreciate you asking about our Grohe 46413000 Starlight Chrome Connection Hose. Please take note that this part number is for the hose only. For a generic guide on how to remove them, first, you will need to remove the cartridge. Once removed, you should have access to the circlips holding the flexible tails. You can then remove the clips by sliding them off the end of the hose as one end of the clip is open. After this, you can pull out the hoses through the bottom of the tap. Because the tails are parts of the tap, there is no official instruction on how to remove them. Should you require anything further please don’t hesitate to contact us. Removing Snap in supplies Where the supply enters the faucet body you will see 3 tabs, these tabs will need to be rotated about 3 full rotations with a small regular head screw driver, Once this is done the supply will pull straight out. With the old supply removed the new supply can be pushed in you will feel it snap into place
