Looks great, really slow flowrate Rated 3 by AndyD This hot water dispenser looks great but it takes way too long to fill a cup--its outflow rate is incredibly slow: it takes 35-40 seconds to fill a large teacup (~ 12 oz). I've looked at the obvious problems to no avail. It is just very lethargic. But it looks so much better than the one it replaced that we can live with it. I'd recommend trying out different models and not purchasing on looks alone--doh! Originally posted on insinkerator.com Jun/2013
Once purchased you will be unable to live without it Rated 4 by Whitco501 We have become spoiled and couldn't imagine living without this product. But we have had to replace the handle assembly 3 times soon after the warranty expired. They say there is no way to repair a leaky faucet so we have accepted that every 3 1/2 years we will have to pay about two thirds the cost of a new unit to replace the handles. Just the cost of enjoying this unit. Originally posted on insinkerator.com Jun/2014
Good product for a reasonable price Rated 5 by SteveInBelmar InSinkErator Involve HC-View was easy to install and performs well. We use the instant hot and also the filtered cold water many times per day. Even after 60 days, the flow through the water filter is still substantial. We use the 200 degree filtered water to jump-start cooking boiled vegetables and soups on the stove top, saving time and cost. Originally posted on insinkerator.com Jun/2013
not happy Rated 1 by ronray No, I do not recommend this product. faucet did not fit, shaft was 1 1/2 inches but standard shaft is 1 3/8 inches. i wanted to return the faucet for a smaller shaft but no one answer the phone for customer service. my plumber Steves Plumbing told me the smaller shaft of 1 3/8 inches is standard in the industry and he has never seen a shaft that was 1 1/2 inches.
