Are you referring to the valve? If so, no, it doesn't. Based on this specification sheet, the Kohler K-T11839-CP is just a faucet trim kit. It requires the K-11830-NA round wall-mount valve. Optional accessories like the Kohler K-13601-NA thermostatic mixing valve and the Kohler 1160593 small spray aerator are also available.
