The Little Giant 599010 RS-5 is a piggyback diaphragm switch from the RS series. This diaphragm switch efficiently converts 5-MSP pumps and other submersible pumps to automatic operation. It has a maximum rating of 10 amps and can handle manual pumps with up to 1/2 HP (115 V). 

 It has an on level range of 6" - 9" (15.2 cm - 23 cm) and an off level range of 1" - 4" (2.5 cm - 10.2 cm) when attached to a 5-MSP pump. This 230-volt diaphragm switch also comes with a stripped end and an 8 ft (2.4 m) cord. For an added peace of mind, this RS-5 switch is also CSA-listed - meeting the standards for product safety and performance.
