With all the advantages and convenience of cordless operation, this Makita 36V XEC01PT1 LXT brushless 9-inch power cutter kit has the strength to cut through a variety of materials. With a maximum cutting depth of 3-1/2", this can remove a typical residential concrete slab in a solitary pass. In addition to concrete, it can also cut through I-beams, steel pipe, rebar, and metal studs up to 14 inches in diameter.
