Works as described. Worst part about cordless tools is battery management. Have typically 6 cordless tools on a site (all Milwaukee) which means at least two or three chargers on the go. For my deck/concrete/fence jobs need a weather resistant box that can charge and store at least two each m12 m18 batteries consecutively. On the job will get rained and snowed on so something the shape and size of a small tool box would be ideal. Should be able to charge off 20amp 12volt DC as well as AC. Come on Milwaukee engineers!!! Think "inside the box"

  Yes, I recommend this product.
I live in Ft. Lauderdale Fla, with the incoming Hurricane this week, I had to clear out a large Bod of Plam trees growing in my backyard against my house. Some of these trees were 15 ft tall and had a base of 3-4 inches. Normally I use my Rockwell equipment. But I would have to run 1 or 2 extenstion cords; all may equipment are the "olden" type, but still top of the line. My neighboor said: Here try my Milwaukee Hackzall, model 2625-20 M18 model with his M12; M18 charger. Within 20 minutes, half-hour with water brakes, (for me) the whole job was done & cleaned out. The saw never stopped. It is light; & comfortrable to use with one hand; and cut thru all the branches, trunks, & palms without any problems. It was a joy to use. I will defintaly keep my eyes open for a sale on both these products to purchase. Thank you for makeing a excellant product.

No, I do not recommend this product.
Just trying to charge my 2 new batteries that came with the new Fuel combo. The light is blinking on the charger indicating it is waiting for another bat to finish charging before this one...trouble is, there is only one battery on the charger.

12v & 18v, Whats not to like? Rated 5 by Anonymous
Just wish Milwaukee made a universal charger so we could buy cheaper in OZ as the US version is almost 1/3 the going price here. It would make for more customers and easier manufacturing if they did!
