Even though the 1" 120volt model I have is a lightweight contender, compared to the other models available, it is a workhorse! I've had it for three years now and it has been through everything from drilling holes in concrete for anchors to breaking rock and even busting up tile throughout my entire house. And, being an A/C model, it would often be run non-stop for VERY extensive amounts of time without a break. No problem. To this day, it still runs like new.

Had this drill for almost 4 years now and use it almost everyday. I use it for braking up concrete and bricks. I used it a lot to drill lots of 3/8 and 1/2 holes. It has been left out in the rain, fell off the scaffolding, took on the jobs that bigger drills are needed and it keeps on ticking.

I have owned this drill for about 6 months. It has the ability to keep up with drills twice the size. In drll hammer mode I have not found anything it cannot penetrate. In chisel mode I have put this drill to the test. Recently I used it solo to remove 2 tile floors bot approximately 950 square feet. Using the tile blade bad chisel blade I removed both floors cleanly in about 1 hour and 45 minutes. I never expected the drill to work that well. And best of all letting the drill do the work it didn't wear me out. Next project is removal of an 8 inch think concrete stoop 6' x 6'. I am confident it will handle it with no problem. I would recommend this to anyone from beginner DIYer to Pro's. I am buying another one for my construction business.
