This is a great saw for the money, Milwaukee has done it again! Few fatal flaws though. The miter for cutting curved miters slips unless its has one of the positive locks (only at 0degrees and both 45degrees) The plastic nonmarking shoe is a positive for cutting softer wood and finished goods (pine and stained/clear coated) The Orbital action hasn't given me any problems and the warranty is a enough of a reason alone to buy the saw. The miter gauge on the shoe doesn't lock with much power either, not assuring enough for anything with utter precision.
