The one that you need would be the Moen 95606 for chrome, Moen 95607 for polished brass, Moen 95606PM for platinum, and Moen 95606ST for satine handle hub kit. The kit includes a handle hub, 116653 handle adapter with 94770 screw, 94791 screw, and an allen wrench.
