How do you get this off your posy cartridge? It is in between our thin shower wall and the cartridge. It is blocking us from pulling the pin out to change out the cartridge. Shower wall is pressed up against the plaster ground. Please help
Hi! Thank you for your interest in the Moen 12574 plaster ground. You just have to simply remove the plaster ground off the wall. You need to first insert a flat bladed screwdriver into the screw hole access on the plaster ground. Then, start pushing the retaining arm towards the outside until it is totally detached from the valve body. Lastly, just repeat for the other side until it is finally removed. Thank you for choosing PlumbersStock.com to help you find answers to your plumbing question. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
