will this showering restrictor fit the moen velocity s6320 showerhead?
Hi! Thank you for your interest in the Moen 140779 Part 2.0 Showering Restrictor. No, it won't fit. This restrictor is designed to fit the following models: 6300, 6302, 6303, 6306, 6307, 6310, 6312, 6320, 6399,and 6340 showerheads. If you currently have the Moen S6320 then it should have a flow regulator (green) which you should not remove. Removal of this restrictor will actually diminish performance. We would appreciate if you can tell us why you're trying to replace yours. We look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you for visiting PlumbersStock.com. Have a great day!

You said that the Moen 140779 would replace the flow restrictor on the shower head for the 6320, but not the S6320. I dont understand, since they are supposed to be the same except they are by 2 different manufacturers. So why doesnt it fit the S6320?

I bought the moen 6302epbn. My contractor removed the restrictor and threw it out. The water pressure is too high now. Can this part work as a replacement? Or do I need to replace the whole shower head per the answer below in a related question? Thanks!

Several reviews said to remove the green water restrictor from the moen s6320 because it didnt have enough pressure, so we did. We haven't installed the showerhead yet but I am wishing we had tried it before we listened to the reviews. Do you sell a replacement?
Thank you for the response, and I am glad to further assist you. The restrictor is not designed to be removed. Once you did, you won't be able to replace it. The only option you'll have is to purchase the showerhead. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Please reply with any other questions you might have.
