The Moen 2360PF is a rough-in valve that has the Posi-Temp pressure-balancing control valve design that helps maintain constant water pressure. It also has an adjustable temperature limit stop that allows you to fine-tune your desired water temperature to also eliminate the risk of scalding. With that being said, no more nasty surprises!
On top of these, this rough-in valve is part of Moen's M-PACT common valve system that allows you to upgrade any faucet style in the future more easily. That means there's no need for you to change any plumbing every time you want to install a new faucet. Plus, it has a cartridge (1222) that accommodates back to back installations. This rough-in valve has four ports with 1/2" PEX connection type (with 1/2” CC tub drop).
This pressure-balancing valve is not only about efficiency but is also about durability. It is made of brass, so resilience is not a concern at all. In addition to that, Moen extends a lifetime limited warranty to the original homeowner, a 10-year limited warranty on multifamily installation, and a 5-year limited warranty on commercial applications.
