  Yes, I recommend this product.
Product out of the box could not be fully assembled. Back rest was completely out of alignment with holes in seat and the tab were out of angular alignment both verticle and horizontal so even if the back could have been bent against the curve to align tabs and holes the tabs would not have fit. With great assistance the retailer opened an item on the shelf and tried a fit, then called us back to say it would work,so we did and even exchange. The 20 mile round trip was an OK nusiance as we needed the item. If however the turn around time/distance for the exchange were greater I'd rate the product UNSAT. This ?aire forced a response for durable, since usage so far is minimal and tthere was no UNK response I chose poor. THX Harvey

NIce product, wish it was easier to put together Rated 4 by Anonymous
  Yes, I recommend this product.
This is the second of these benches I've bought. Unlike other shower benches we've used, this Moen has no metal parts that rub on our tiled shower wall to leave black marks. Assembly is a bit tricky, as the holes in the legs usually don't like up well with at least one of the threaded holes in the plastic bench. This caused me to bugger up the threads on one bolt in the most recent purchase and now I cannot tighten that bolt completely. Also, the backrest was much more difficult to install than in the first bench we bought, as it really did not line up with the holes in the bench. I had to pound it on the floor to get the backrest installed. The first bench we bought went together much more easily. It seems the dimensional control in the plastic parts is a bit iffy.

Great bath chair for handicapped Rated 5 by Anonymous
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I used this for both my foot surgeries (four years apart) and don't know how I would have gotten along without it. I had plaster casts from my foot to my knee for 10 weeks each. I have two bathrooms; one shower walk-in and one whirlpool tub and the walk-in worked for the left foot and the tub for the right foot (so that I could leave out the injured foot). It was easy to adjust for the different heights. With a good plastic cover for the cast, you can bring the leg in or keep out. Since I could wash -everything- down to the knee in the cast, I didn't need to bring the cast in and take the risk of getting it wet.

Nice chair but.... Rated 3 by Anonymous
No, I do not recommend this product.
Chair back hard to line up. Shower curtain will not fit in slot. Only tucks in 2 in. In middle and 1/2in over legs. Option is to cut curtain. How many shower curtains should one have?
