The Moen FP62360PF is a rough-in valve that has the Posi-Temp pressure-balancing control valve design that helps maintain constant water pressure and temperature. It also has an adjustable temperature limit stop that allows you to fine-tune your desired water temperature as well as eliminate the risk of scalding.!
In addition to temperature and pressure control, this rough-in valve is part of Moen's M-PACT common valve system that allows you to upgrade any faucet style in the future without the need for you to change any plumbing behind the wall every time you want a faucet upgrade. This rough-in valve and has four ports with 1/2" crimp ring PEX connection type (with 1/2” CC tub drop) for simple and consistent installation. It is designed to work with the popular 1222 type valve cartridge and has quarter-turn stops that allow the valve to be shut off for maintenance without having to close off the main water supply for the whole house.
