If you don’t have a disposal and don’t want to pay to have a light switch put it the batch feed works for you. This is very powerful and relatively quiet. I’m very pleased so far.

Does as expected. Easy to install. Uses outlet instead of hardwire, or you can hardware. Like the fact plug is included. Chops very well with low noise. Would buy again.

Had this garbage disposal installed (took no time, apparently installation fairly straight forward) to replace an old style batch feed "Insinkerator". The Moen was a cost effective replacement for me at this time. So far so good. Extremely quiet for a garbage disposal and easy to operate. It is lightly used but if it was used all the time, I would be concerned of the "plastic" stopper that is used to operated the disposal. Just very different than the old style that I had in there for 20 + years! All and all pleased with the product.

I was about to send it back because I didn’t understand how it works. The plunger has to be connected inside the sink opening for the machine to work. When connected it does a great job…super quiet. I’m glad I took the time to find out how to operate it correctly.

We use this almost every day. It is easy to use and in comparison to others it is not very loud! We haven’t had any issues and it has been working like a champ

I like that it can’t be turned on by accident without inserting the black plug into the drain. It works well and is definitely more quiet than most disposals. Also I am very happy with the 10 year warranty.

Installed it as soon as it arrived. Very straight forward. I particularly like the how easy it is to turn on. Press the top feed down, pepull up when done. Nice!

Replacement for old bonecrusher 3/4 hp. Works great and is much quieter. Had plumber install and he said installation was straight forward
