This Moen T2812 is a Posi-Temp Shower Trim Kit Only in Chrome finish for the Rizon Posi-Temp Single-Handle Tub/Shower Valve collection. The lever handle complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) specifications. It is equipped with the PosiTemp pressure–balancing control valve to help maintain water temperature in the shower. The valve escutcheon has red/blue indicators. This shower head has a water flow that is limited to 2.5 gallons per minute (gpm ) at 80 psi. For a water flow that is limited to 1.75 gallons per minute (gpm ) at 80 psi, please order T2812EP. This Moen T2812 has a 5-year warranty for commercial installations and a limited lifetime warranty for residential installations to the original consumer purchaser.
