do you have it for 3 inch pipe

Does this fit within a 4" SDR-35 pipe? (not a bell or hub) If not, do you have a product that can be slipped in? I have a pipe stub coming out of the basement slab and am looking to insert a cleanout. ID of this PVC stub is 3 15/16". Thanks.

Hi, there! Thank you for posting your question regarding the Oatey 43733 4in DWV PVC Snap-In Cleanout Assembly. This fitting is designed to fit into standard 4-inch Schedule 40 DWV pipes. However, since you're dealing with SDR-35 pipe, which typically has a slightly larger inner diameter than Schedule 40, the Oatey snap-in cleanout may not fit as snugly as intended. Given that the ID of your PVC stub is 3 15/16", which is very close to the nominal size for 4-inch DWV pipes, the Snap-In Cleanout might fit, but it could be loose or may not provide a proper seal. For alternatives, you can use an adjustable or flexible cleanout fitting (Fernco 4 in. x 3 in. PVC DWV Mechanical Flexible Coupling), which can adapt to different pipe sizes and provide a tight seal. Or you can use the 4" DWV Expansion Cleanout Plug (Charlotte Pipe 4 DWV Cleanout Plug) that can expand to fit slightly larger pipe IDs and might be more suitable for your SDR-35 pipe.
