Most soap dispensers are generally built in the same manner so tips for the Delta soap dispenser should be compatible with your product from Moen. There are a few reasons why you’re having problems with your handle. It could be that the washer and seat have been torn and needs replacing. You will need the entire Moen 141797SRS dome kit to have those parts replaced. You may check its parts list for reference. We don’t carry the dome kit on our page yet.
