FANTASTIC SUPPORT Rated 5 by coop78
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I had the same problem I read about in the reviews. When I turn the water on high, there is a thumping and then water leaks out of the sprayer. I contacted support and she tried to find me parts to fix it. A new diverter, aerator, and sprayer. The parts weren't available so she had me pick a brand new faucet and sent it to me, and it got here in two days. Very easy install, and we love it. Thank you very much, support. I'm just sorry I don't remember her name. Thanks again!! Keith

Years of faithful service Rated 5 by Brian
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I have enjoyed the high arc kitchen faucet for almost a decade, and am always amazed by the Peerless support. It seems the diverter spring wears out every 3 to 4 years, but a phone call has a replacement in the mail. My only suggestion is for online repair instructions.
