Hello there! Thank you for your interest in the Pfister 974-375 Stem Extension Kit. To know if you have everything that you need to mount your 0X6-150R rough-in valve, please refer to this Installation Guide. According to the Installation Guide, you would need to order extra 974-375 Stem Extentions with 975-015 Long Outlet Tube if the deck thickness exceeds 2-3/4" (70 mm). We hope this helps.
