Hi! Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Shoemaker FG4-20X25 filter grille. Yes, this filter will fit the 20x25x1 housing opening. Please keep in mind that filter grilles are designed with a 3/16" undersized nominal duct (outside dimension) to make installation easier. The air filter should be 1/4" to 1/2" undersized.
