The model/series number is normally a four or five-digit number starting with "7" or "8" which can be preceded by letters. However, you can also purchase a separate stopper, as the stopper of this valve is also available in a polished brass finish, which is the Moen 103459P. Unfortunately, the polished brass version of this stopper is not available on our site.
