This Schedule 80 PVC 1-1/2" Union is a fitting that allows you to connect multiple fittings together, and make repair and replacements without dismantling the entire line. This Union features two slip-fit female connections ideal for a snug and leak free connection when installed correctly. (Recommended Sch. 80 Primer and Glue are required for installation). This Schedule 80 PVC 1-1/2" Union is great for water transportation applications such as irrigation and sprinkler systems. However they should never be used for gas or compressed air applications. This Union has a maximum operating temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Schedule 80 pipe is also more corrosion resistant and durable than other pipe options, making this fitting ideal for light chemical commercial applications.
