I have a builder grade Western toilet that does not work with a universal flapper (I tried). I ordered the part from PlumbersStock, and even though it said it would take two weeks to arrive, it came within a week! And it works. So glad I found your website. Thank you!

I tried a generic flapper with no success. Ordered this, it was delivered quickly, and it works beautifully. Highly recommend if you have the western toilet.

Just as advertised. But I wish the company would email customer when item has shipped, and tracking number. When I looked at my order, it gave an estimate of Time/arrival, but the package arrived earlier than expected.
