It does not seal properly and gradually leaks water out of the tank for whatever reason.

I tried a generic flapper with no success. Ordered this, it was delivered quickly, and it works beautifully. Highly recommend if you have the western toilet.

Just as advertised. But I wish the company would email customer when item has shipped, and tracking number. When I looked at my order, it gave an estimate of Time/arrival, but the package arrived earlier than expected.

This is the only flapper I can find that properly fits the Western Pottery toilets in my home. It's a shame that they are not sold any any stores that I'm aware of (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.). It took weeks to arrive. Two other companies that I ordered this from months (yes months) ago still have yet to arrive. Great flapper, but the supply chain in the US seems to still be jacked up from Covid.
