If the toilet you need to replace also has the same configuration, then you can indeed use the American Standard 2882107 as a replacement. You are correct. According to the installation manual, a wax ring is not recommended. The waste outlet seal ring that this toilet needs must be made of neoprene or graphite-felt. The Zurn Z1210-57 is a neoprene seal which makes it compatible with your application.The seal might be available but here at Plumbersstock.com, we work very hard to carry as many products as possible.
