It is equipped with Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) technology that accurately measures cable length and distance to a fault. Also, it has a 2.7" display and measures paired-conductor cables up to 1500-feet with up to +/-(5-percent and 1-foot/0.3 m).This Klein VDV501-828 kit also allows you to identify wiring faults including open fault, miswire, shorty fault, split-pair, and verify shielding as well as to detect, identify, and test Power over Ethernet (PoE).
