Moen 118304 Part O-Ring Kit, Aberdeen

Hey, good day! Thank you for asking about the Moen 118304 o-ring kit. In replacing the torn o-ring, you need to first unscrew the spout nut by turning it counterclockwise. Next, pull the spout assembly tube up and off the valve body. Then, you need to remove the old black rubber o-ring and its white nylon. Afterward, prepare your new o-ring kit, then lubricate the black rubber o-ring with the grease that's provided with the kit. After that, kindly place the white nylon washer in the upper channel and the black o-ring at the lower end. You can now insert the spout back, firmly pushing it until the white nylon washer hits the brass valve body. Lastly, tighten the spout nut clockwise.
