If your faucet is leaking continuously while it is on, the issues are either dirt or debris that are collected on the o-ring or seal which blocks the proper sealing inside the faucet. We would suggest replacing the seals or o-rings and clean the area around it from dirt for complete sealing. You can get the K-84100 o-ring and bearing kit for this model. If your faucet is still leaking even when it is closed, a possible cause would be dirt or debris in the valve or cartridge area which is located under the handle. Another reason would be the spacer or check valve has already worn out. What you can do is replace the valve or cartridge and/or the spacer or check valve. You can get the K-GP1093674 faucet valve.
