Water flow slowed and now virtually stopped Rated 1 by Anonymous
No, I do not recommend this product.
I cannot recommend this product to anyone. If I could put less than one star I would. We've had ours for three years, and over the last few months the flow has been getting slower and slower. I took off the head and soaked it in vinegar and even in a calcium remover. No improvement. Tonight we took off the black hose and siphoned white vinegar through it for several minutes. Put it back together, and it is actually worse. ANYONE WOULD EXPECT TO FIND A FILTER THEY CAN EASILY CLEAN! But there is no such thing. If you have any sediment or calcium in your water (who doesn't?) then you should not buy this product!

Pull Out nozzle won't stay at desired setting Rated 3 by Anonymous
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I've had my faucet for almost 2 years now. Everything is great except for about a year ago. The pull out spray nozzle doesn't stay at the spray setting chosen any longer. I have to hold down the button to keep it at a steady stream. If I let go, it automatically goes to the spray, but the spray starts coming out very hard. I have to turn the water pressure down a lot just to keep the water from spraying everywhere. I've tried cleaning and that didn't work. All I need is the replacement nozzle, I think. The entire faucet wasn't cheap so I wonder how much a replacement nozzle will cost.

Great faucet, faulty soap dispenser! Rated 4 by Anonymous
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I bought this faucet just under a year ago. It looks great, was easy to install, and I have had no problems with the faucet or sprayer head. But the soap dispenser has never worked well, despite me frequently cleaning it, rinsing out the soap residue, and changing soap types. It is basically a pretty, but useless, way to fill the fourth hole in my sink! I'd definitely recommend the faucet, but not the soap dispenser. I wish I'd read the reviews here before purchasing the faucet!!

Soap Dispenser Doesn't Work, but I Love the Faucet! Rated 3 by Anonymous
  Yes, I recommend this product.
My soap dispenser has never worked properly and now after only 4 months it doesn't work at all-won't pull the soap up and if/when it actually does it drips all over the sink! I've tried diluting the soap with water and different soap brands as it'll work if only trying to run water through it. REALLY disappointed I'm back to having an ugly bottle of soap out on the counter yet again. Faucet is wonderful, soap dispenser EPIQ FAIL unfortunately.
