We started the installation a moth ago. We did a &ldquo;practice patch&rdquo; in the backyard because we had a dog that had a sprinkler head deficiency. After three weeks, the grass coverage was better. With the drip we were able to move water into all areas of an odd shaped lawn. We decided after that success to do the front lawn. Water usage is decreasing (even during the heat wave!).

This XFS emitter line is light, flexible, and has consistent drip amounts. The size is like the XFD product, smaller than standard &frac12;&rdquo; poly tubing. I used evaporative hand sanitizer to temporarily lubricate the fittings. The price here is good, and shipping fast.
