This Toro PRN-SRTA Precision rotating nozzle (PRN) has a short radius (SR) and is male-threaded (indicated by letter T for "Toro" in model number). The Toro PRN-SRTA features an "Adjustable" arc (45-270 degrees), indicated by letter A at end of model number; and the nozzle is color-coded with a black top. Toro's patented planetary gear drive propels these Precision Series nozzles at a consistent rotation speed across a wide range of different operating pressures; and a pre-installed, fine-mesh screen filters out debris to protect the drive system. These nozzles are designed to reduce water waste and runoff by watering more slowly and evenly with a 0.6-inch-per-hour matched precipitation rate that helps users comply with watering-window requirements more effectively than competitors' rotating nozzles. Toro PRN-SRTA rotating nozzles have a radius range of 14-26 feet and they generate fifteen multi-trajectory streams that distribute water in a highly-uniform pattern with each stream no higher than 20 degrees to help counteract wind. The EZ-ARC function on this adjustable model provides an arc-adjustment ring dial that simplifies changing the arc between 45 and 270 degrees either by hand or using the Toro PRNTOOL, and either before installation of the nozzle or after at full pressure. It also has a right-edge callout to make installation easier.
