The Shoemaker 850-0-12X10 is a two-way stamped register brought to you by the Shoemaker Manufacturing company. It is specifically designed to fit and cover a ductwork that has opening dimensions of 12" (length) x 10" (width). This stamped register comes in a Soft White finish -- a color that can easily match any of your preferred room design either in your home or at your office. Designed for durability, this vent cover is made of a solid material that makes it suitable for long-term use.
This Shoemaker 850-0-12X10 vent cover comes with a lever-operated opposed-blade damper; a device that regulates airflow through the linked sections of adjacent blades that rotate in the opposite direction. Compared to other damper types, an opposed-blade damper maintains a more even airflow. It also provides better control over the airflow in all operating positions. For silent operation, this two-way stamped register is designed with 1/2-inch stabilized fan-shaped louvers. Be sure to measure the hole opening size instead of measuring the faceplate of your old grille. Please note that this vent cover is typically mounted in ceilings and/or sidewalls.
