Operates as expected Rated 5 by LynnV
  Yes, I recommend this product.
We remodeled our bathroom and decided to replace our 33 year old bathroom exhaust fan/heater/light combination as part of the remodel project. Honestly, it was not easy to find a combination unit that performed all three functions - fan, light, and heater. This unit was one of the few available. It functions as we would expect it to function. It is much quieter than our 33 year old fan. The heat it puts out warms the bathroom quickly. Our only complaint would be that the flipper built into the unit that connects to the roof exhaust vent makes a 'click, click' noise when the wind blows. This was quite annoying to hear when trying to get to sleep. We were able to fix that by installing a second flipper in the exhaust line that was closer to the roof. All said - we are very satisfied with this unit.

Had an issue with the fan - resolved quickly! Rated 4 by KevinK
  Yes, I recommend this product.
We purchased the exhaust fan that was originally in our home, which is nearly 30 years old, it finally gave up on us. When had it professionally installed and shortly afterwards, the fan started rattling. We contacted Broan, who shipped us a replacement fan, which arrived very quickly. Replacing the fan was not as difficult as I thought was going to be. The exhaust fan works well now. We now have heat, fan, and light in our bathroom again.

Product performs as advertised and as I expected Rated 5 by adgore
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I have had the product installed for a few months now. It works very well and as expected. The only negative that I noted was that it was a little difficult to get all the wiring tucked back in the cavity provided. But that was not a deal killer. The product is a very good value and works as advertised. I am very happy.

Easy to install, works great. Rated 5 by John69
  Yes, I recommend this product.
I installed this product as a replacement Broan Fan/Light. The Heater is a great addition for the shower area. I e-mailed tech support about putting the Heater and Fan on the same breaker and the light on the other breaker. They said this would not be a problem. I hooked everything up and it works great.
