This powerful 70 CFM fan helps to quickly reduce humidity to prevent or eliminate fogged mirrors in bathrooms up to 65 square feet to ensure a comfortable environment, and operates at a low level of 3 sones. The NuTone 769RFT utilizes a 13-watt fluorescent bulb (not included) to provide ample lighting, and a translucent white polymeric lens flanked by a white polymeric louvered grille combine to create an effective and stylish ventilation fan and lighting application that will match virtually any decor. This bathroom ventilation fan with light is UL listed for use over a tub or shower with a GFCI circuit to optimize venting efficiency, and a 4" duct connector offers installation flexibility. The NuTone 769RFT designer fan and light may be wired for simultaneous or separate fan/light operation and comes standard with a 1 year warranty.
