One of the compatible trims is the Delta T11948-PN 6-setting 3-port diverter trim. It is in a polished nickel finish, but it is also available in chrome, black stainless, and stainless to complement most of your bathroom fixtures. Plus, it has a clean surface with no screw holes. Lastly, the set screws are attached to the sides to install this escutcheon.
